Project Team Lead on Jardin SKY5 Stage 2, Frenchs Forest, NSW. A Senior Living Development for Platino Properties. Leading the Architectural team in the latter part of 70% Tender Documentation and into 100% documentation. The project is ongoing.

Project Team Lead on Pathways Longueville RACF, Lane Cove, NSW. A mixed-use building comprising a 144 bed Residential Aged Care Facility with Commercial Tenancies. Compiled construction documentation through to 70% Tender as lead consultant. Progressing to 100% AFC facilitating full service coordination. Leading ‘during construction’ Architectural services. Estimated Completion: February 2025.

Team member on CIVITAS Stage 2 Commercial, Waga Waga, NSW. A 5-level commercial office building with parkade for MLHD. Providing architectural services during the design development phase, including service coordination through to 70% tender documentation. Further involvement in value engineering. The project is ongoing.

Team member on Georges Estate, Penshurst, NSW. A Residential Aged Care Facility for Hall & Prior. Acting as Superintendent to the contract, assessing EOTs, NODs, Payment Certificates as well as providing ‘During Construction’ Architectural Services. Project Completed 2021.

Design/Project Architect on a variety of Hotel, Leisure and high-end residential projects particular to remote and sensitive areas within South Africa, Botswana, Tanzania, Kenya, Zambia.

Led numerous projects from first client brief through to close out. Engaging with clients, consultants and contractors, and leading an architectural team within Nicholas Plewman Architects through the entire design and building process.

Tackling projects with difficult logistics due to site locations deep within protected and ecologically sensitive areas.

Designing off-grid, self-sustainable buildings – All projects involved using PV solar, diesel generator, wastewater treatment, fresh water supply and treatment, or a combination thereof.

Design/Project Architect on Sandibe Okavango Safari Lodge, Okavango Delta, Botswana. A 24 bed luxury lodge with main guest areas, Back-of-house and staff components for &Beyond safari company.
